We are hiring Day Of Wedding Assistants!

Day Of Wedding Assistants assist the lead planner in all aspects of the wedding day.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests

  • Gather and distribute any ceremony items at ceremony site

  • Assist with guest management

  • Assist with transporting and setting up ceremony and reception décor

  • Oversee that set-up is as requested

  • Serve as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Ensure the order of events runs smoothly and stays on schedule

  • Respond to last minute emergencies or changes

  • Problem solve and trouble shoot as needed

  • Be ready for anything! Every event is different and may require duties and tasks not listed above.


One year of hospitality experience is preferred.


Wedding days range from 6-12 hour shifts. Hourly pay starting at $18.


Part-time. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.


We will train the right candidate if you do not have hospitality experience.
