We are hiring Day Of Wedding Assistants!
Day Of Wedding Assistants assist the lead planner in all aspects of the wedding day.
Gather and distribute any ceremony items at ceremony site
Assist with guest management
Assist with transporting and setting up ceremony and reception décor
Oversee that set-up is as requested
Serve as the point of contact for all vendors
Ensure the order of events runs smoothly and stays on schedule
Respond to last minute emergencies or changes
Problem solve and trouble shoot as needed
Be ready for anything! Every event is different and may require duties and tasks not listed above.
One year of hospitality experience is preferred.
Wedding days range from 6-12 hour shifts. Hourly pay starting at $18.
Part-time. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
We will train the right candidate if you do not have hospitality experience.

Please note that our 2023 events are located in different towns and cities across Connecticut at venues and private estates. You must have reliable transportation to and from each event.
