Been waiting over a year to write this review. It’s probably not common to see Grooms reviewing a wedding vendor, but here we are. We interviewed several wedding coordinators before our big day, and choosing Sam was the easiest and clearly the smartest decision we made. We worked with Sam for about 14 months, on a very complicated wedding. 2 hours away, new management company managing the venue, pretty much every single curve ball you could be thrown BEFORE your wedding. Sam was cool as a cucumber throughout. Supportive, insanely knowledgeable, and reassuring. Sam quickly became like a member of the family, we looked forward to our meetings with her. The biggest compliment we can give her, is organization. Each and every single meeting we had with her had purpose, and direction. Finally….our big day came. 3 different caterers to manage, 200 guests, DIY setup, MADNESS. But guess what? Our day was perfect, because the things that went wrong, Sam handled. There is nobody more professional in this industry, than Sam and her team. Sam brought 2 assistants with her who were equally as professional and endearing. I cannot possibly recommend someone more. This is not a suggestion, this is a prescription. If you think you can have a large wedding without a wedding coordinator, you are horribly, horrible mistaken. Cannot count the amount of times my wife and I said “what the hell would we do without Sam”. Trust us, and hire Rose Rocc Weddings.

I cannot recommend Sam enough. We hired Sam as our month of coordinator. From our first meeting to our wedding day we always felt a sense of calm and excitement after our meetings with Sam. She helped to make sure no detail was missed, kept us organized and made sure our wedding would be everything we hoped for. Sam and her team were amazing the day of our wedding, from setting up our vision perfectly, to making sure we had everything we needed, and making sure everything was on time and took all of the stress off of ourselves and our families especially at the end of the night to help break everything down. We are so glad we decided to work with Sam and would recommend her services to anyone getting married!

Sam was such an incredible resource and MVP for our wedding planning and wedding weekend. I can’t imagine going with anyone else, she crushed it from start to finish, putting out any “fires” we didn’t even know about, making sure we had the most magical day. She is the most organized, level-headed person, and I immediately trusted her to take my vision and execute it perfectly, and she DID! Wedding planning is STRESSFUL but 10/10 would do it all again if Sam was by our side helping.

Sam was an incredible day of coordinator for our wedding at Smith Farm Gardens. She set up weekly calls with us leading up to the day, where we walked through details, questions, and any loose ends. That consistency helped us feel organized and confident going into the wedding. On the day itself, she kept everything running smoothly—coordinating with vendors, keeping the timeline on track, and making sure we didn’t have to worry about the logistics. Her and her team were absolutely amazing. Making sure we had water, food, etc. It was such a relief knowing she was there handling things so we could just focus on being present and enjoying the celebration. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive day-of coordinator. Thank you Sam!!

Sam was a fantastic coordinator and facilitator for our wedding day! From the start, we loved her attention to detail combined with her laid-back personality. As our month-of coordinator, Sam skillfully helped us refine our timeline, provided ideas and feedback, and assisted with decision-making leading up to the big day. Once it arrived, I was in awe of how well Sam and her assistant took the load off of us and put everything together! We gave her some decorations, and she placed everything perfectly without needing our input. She also coordinated with all the vendors, ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible. Any questions we had were met with a ‘don’t worry, I’ll take care of it’ attitude! We appreciated her checking in and making sure everything was going well for us. Cleanup was also super fast and everything got put back exactly where it was supposed to go too which gave us a chance to say goodbye to guests. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a detail-oriented and caring wedding coordinator.

Hiring Sam was the absolute best decision we made for our big day. She was so organized — she made the daunting task of planning a wedding seem very approachable with bite sized chunks each month. She was calm, cool, and collected from start to finish, even when we threw her some curveballs. You won’t regret hiring her. She’s truly one of the best out there. Working with Sam was the best decision for our wedding. Early on in the planning process my now husband and I decided we wanted to hire a coordinator to help ensure our wedding day went to plan. After my first conversation with Sam I knew she would help make our day perfect. We hired her for month of coordination and she made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. She had weekly check in’s with us, coordinated all details and the timeline with all our vendors, and ensure the day went as planned. Her attention to detail is amazing, as a DIY bride she ensured everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned and it was AMAZING! We used a school bus for transportation to the church for our guests, and it was very important to my husband and I to get photos of the 2 of us on the bus because we met on our high school bus, Sam went above and beyond to make sure we got those photos before the bus left. Sam truly made the day perfect!

We were so impressed with Sam. We chose her full service package and she went above and beyond every step of the way. She has the highest attention to detail, I never felt anything would be missed or overlooked (and I am very type A). She helped us find good vendors, gave great insight when we were unsure about things/processes, and made sure all the contracts and payments were correct and accounted for. I would not have been able to plan and execute my wedding as perfectly as it was, if it was not for her. On the wedding day she ensured everything was taken care of for us and everyone stayed on schedule. I would not have trusted anyone else to be my wedding planner. I interviewed many options and I knew right away Sam was the one from our first conversation.

Sam was one of the best decisions we made when we started the wedding planning process. She made wedding planning so smooth, easy and stress free. She helped find the best vendors in our budget & helped us stay on task for every little detail in the planning process. Our wedding day definitely threw a curve ball for us and Sam (an outside tent wedding & an unexpected 5 inches of rain) but Sam remained calm, cool and collected and made our dream wedding still come to life. We could not have done any of it without her! She is the absolute best. If I had to give every future bride one word of advice, it is to definitely get a wedding planner and make sure it’s Sam and her team!

Hire Sam. Your wedding (and your life) will be better because of her. We DIY-ed most of our wedding, but we really needed someone to coordinate the day-of, and I’m sooooo glad we entrusted Sam with that task. She started a few months out with a walk-through, which was our first time meeting her in person. I still can’t get over that within a few hours of meeting her, she had a document created with a total timeline of our wedding day, complete with tiny little details we had just casually mentioned during our meeting. Throughout the next few months we had numerous check-ins, where she basically became our brain (ours own brains were becoming increasingly useless as the day approached), listening to everything we needed and wanted, and offering suggestions in areas we hadn’t thought about. She sat in on a meeting with our DJ and helped to ensure everyone was on the same page. Even little things like responding to an email I would send with a minor thought with “received” is so appreciated at a time when you’ve got to communicate with so many vendors about so many different things. On the actual wedding day, Sam took command of all the details and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct time. She even folded my pocket square for me! We had no phones and no watches on for the whole wedding, and it was so freeing. We could just sit back and enjoy our special day. Her assistant Alex was wonderful as well, and was very helpful for our wandering wedding parties when it came to ceremony time. Everything was executed flawlessly and that’s in no small part because of Sam. Hire her. You will thank me later.
